Speaker proximity - 5f2a

I recently built a 5f2a and put it in a homemade cabinet so I could use a 12" speaker. I played it last night through a G12H that's in my 5e3 and am now thinking of putting the Celestion in the 5f2a cabinet. My question is: will the speaker's magnet being close to the output tranny cause any problems? We're talking maybe an inch of clearance. The G12H may seem like overkill with this 5 watter, but Man what a sound!

Only if its so close that the parts touch each other it vibrates like hell. Otherwise not a problem
