  • Carling dpdt switch for 5F6A ?

Hey guys, I have my 5F6A a build finished and when I tried to power it up ,it blew the fuse. I know that it's probably the Carling switch I have that's probably wired up wrong. The switch has the on/off and standby all in one switch.I was wondering if someone can shed some light on how to hook this switch up correctly. I'm using full wave diode rectification and I'm not to sure if the B+ goes from my last filter caps to the switch then to the diodes or if the B+ goes to the diodes and then from there to the switch? I have two black wires coming from my PT ,one goes to the IEC socket and the other I have conectted to the on position of the switch, Is this correct?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the switch sorted out now and I have some sound but it is very very weak. I'm waiting on a choke to come in so I used a 5k/5w resistor. Would this value have anything to do with low volume?
