Anyone know how to add a power amp in to the 5e3?

Do you mean an insert between the preamp and the power amp? If you look at a typical 5e3 layout you would just put a shorting jack between the ch1 volume and v2 pin 1. the tip would go to pin1 and the shunt contact would go to the vol knob CW lug. and ground it to the vol pot ground. That'll give you an input that can take about 2-3 volts drive. Make sure you have no DC offset coming from whatever you're driving it with or it won't be pretty.
