  • Vibrochamp. the tremolo doesn't stop

hi guys. i modded my 5f2a adding the tremolo section of the vibrochamp.
it works nice. it's not super cool, i'm not impressed but that's fine.
(my other 2 tremolo pedals sound so much better, but i didn't know that)

i have only one problem. the tremolo doesn't stop. i haven't installed yet the
footswitch jack and the tremolo goes on.
i checked every connection and it seems to be correct, i just don't understand.

do you guys had any similar experience?

How do you stop the tremolo if you are not using a footswitch? There may be some residual tremolo when the Intensity pot is turned all the way down. It is probably leaking through the power supply. The footswitch prevents the oscillator from operating so the amp will be silent when the footswitch is used.

WARNING! Musical Instrument amplifiers contain lethal voltages and can retain them even when unplugged. Refer service to qualified personnel.

i don't know why, but the tremolo is working correctly now. i just unsoldered a triode, cleaned it up and resoldered it.
