Check out my TV cab I recently built.
I got the dimensions from Ebay sellers, and
from sizes of
Victoria amp covers @ Vintage Amp Restoration
in St Louis.
If it looks accurate enough for you
I will send the dimensions

Deluxe TV Dimensions

I will post a detailed description in a few days.
I measured the chassis cutout to fit a 5e3 chassis, which just barely
fits, so if you're doing something like that you have to be
really careful with your measurements.

Deluxe TV Dimensions

The cabinet is 16" tall and 18" wide-just like a wide panel Deluxe,narrow panel Princeton, and the narrow panel Harvard.
The depth at the bottom is 9" and the depth at the top is 7-3/4"
I've taken detailed measurements from three vintage amps; a narrow panel Champ, a narrow panel Princeton and a narrow panel Deluxe, and in
each case there was an 1-1/4" slant.
The TV shaped cutout is 10" tall, and 13-1/2" wide, leaving panels of 3"
and 2-1/4"(top, and sides)
I had to eyeball the radius on the corners of the panel, and I settled on a
1" radius which looks pretty close. I had a drafting circle template that came in handy for that, and used the 2" circle.
I made the router template for the panel out of 3/4" quality plywood.
The 3/4" ply made it easier to round over the 1/4" inner edges with a
1/2" roundover bit.
I used a 5e3 chassis cutout(like I mentioned earlier),because I like
the sound of the 5e3, but I wanted something different for a cabinet this time around.
The 5e3 cutout that I used is, 12-1/4" and 2-1/2" deep.
I'm not sure what the radius on the chassis cutout corners are-I just traced the ones on my 59 Champ, though, if anyone knows the answer, please let me in on it,(I know they used a couple different types).
Okay,
I used a 3/4" roundover bit in my router for a nice vintage looking roundness
on all outside edges except on the inside of the chassis cutout where I used
a 1/2" roundover.
Also, be sure to sand the transition a bit where the 1/2" roundover meets the 3/4" roundover-you'll see this done on most of the tweed amps, plus, it makes the tweed easier to apply, and I think it looks cooler!
I drilled 1/4' holes about 4-1/2" deep on either side of the chassis cutout, and glued in a 1/4" hardwood dowel to strenghten the top from the weight of the chassis. I know that Fender did this.

By the way, I'm still working on the baffle.

That's great. I'm guessing by the 10" cutout that you are doing a 10" speaker. I made one using a 12" speaker. I had to do a larger cutout.

I'm going to use a 12" speaker, but the front cutout will still be
smaller.
The speaker will slightly overlap the bottom panel like the
originals did.
I hope it doesn't affect the sound too much!
