Does someone have a real tweed twin and is willing to measure its tube-socket layout?
I already made one a while ago and I don't think I have enough room (too close to the back panel) to fit kt66 tubes.
I'd like to know where the tube sockets are supposed to be in terms of their centers measured from front to back.
That way I'll know if I need to deviate from original specs (to fit kt66 tubes)— because I'm going to build another twin soon.
Even though I have 5 octals including the rectifier, I'll only be using two kt66 tubes because my OT is 4k (I have it set up for four 6v6 tubes)— so I have plenty of room side-to-side for two kt66 tubes.
