5f1 troubleshooting question

I'm building my first amp, have had several setbacks. Blown PT- replaced, swapped OT leads. I've got good sound now at mid level on volume but when turned up its all static and when volume is all the way down it humms loud with no guitar sound. Any help for a novice please?

Can you stcik some pics of your build on the board? Get several in-focus photos of the entire wiring/guts of the amp
