I was chiming in to say the same: those poorly superimposed silpads are a big no no.
You want electrical insulation but the main point is thermal conduction.
Now you have double silpad thickness (so double thermal resistance) in the mid section, and silpad + same thickness air in the ends which is much worse
Just use a centered single sheet and with a little grease spread on both sides.
And yes, if your supplier still has some old stock TDA1514 they should be fine.
