Not the original footswitch. I am using a standard 2 button footswitch with no LED.

Seems like the gate should go to -15.6V with the FS in the open position. With -5V there it seems like the gate of the FET is blown (which could explain that big thump when switched). Seems like that part needs to get replaced. I think any xx4093 part should work there (N channel JFET) but others can correct me if I'm wrong.

Seems that a lot of vendors are selling the J113.
