My amp has very low sound when I plug my pedal board in and zero sound when I plug my guitar straight to the amp. I replaced the pre amp tubes because one was burnt. Still nothing! Please help

It looks like the effects loop is serial on this amp. I would plug guitar straight into the effects loop return. You should get clean but not full volume sound and that would show that the power amp section is working OK.

When you say the one tube was burned do you mean visibly? I don't think of a visibly burned preamp tube as being a common thing.

I will try that. Yes when I looked at the tubes it had burnt connection in the tube. It was suggested that I replace all power tubes as well. I also read that it could possibly be the high voltage fuse.

These amps had an issue with the glue on the heater resistors on the backside of the board causing the heater resistors of the preamp tubes to open. Since your description didn't indicate if you checked for sound by plugging into the effects return, it's hard to say if that is your issue or not. There was a tech note issued in April of 2023 addressing this.
