Those are switching op amps so they may be using the control pin to toggle trem on and off.
But if issue may have been triggered by tube swap, I would try to find if there is a trem tube and swap it again, also check it's solder joints if board mounted.

That board shows a very complex amplifier, way more than the one I worked on, a couple years ago.
Musician had bought it bin England, second hand, so not sure wen it was actually built.

Mr Grindrod is appearing now and then in some Tube Forums, was it TGP?
Try to reach him directly, he´s a kind guy.
AFAIK he was living in China for some time now.

Lacking a better resource, I would assume your own amp should be quite close to the 35W one I linked to.

Specially tremolo which is not a "tone changing" module, so a working design should be repeated on different models.

Parts numbers will not match unless by sheer chance, but "functional blocks" should be recognizable.

Contrary to my earlier suggestion (which applies better to PTP or turret/eyelet amps) , now I see hand drawing its schematic a Herculean task ... to put it mildly.

That said, comparing just the tremolo section both on the schematic and actual PCB might be enough.

It seems that the previous contacts have stopped working. I'm thinking that Wharfedale may still hold schematics as they were the parent company and are still going, though the guitar amps seem to have finished a while back. It may be worth while contacting them.
