    It does not look like all the input jack pins are soldered to their traces on the component side of the board. That needs to be done. And check resistance from ferrite bead R24 to those input jack pins.

      Thanks for noticing that from that picture. So this is because it is a two sided board I take it? I did not know this (I stay away from these types of repairs but it is my daughters amp).

      Maybe I should not have done that hard wire connection on the bottom side as there is a trace on the top side that does that.

        I reflowed the top side of the input jack and disconnected the hard wire on the bottom of the jack. Confirmed the two connections to R24.

        I figured out that the +/-15 and 5V supplies ground was coming from the FX loop board via the reverb board and since it was not reliable I hard wired a new connection at the junction of D6 and D7. I now have a solid loud signal at the output.

        Next step is to reinstall the reverb board and see if the reverb and pilot light are working.

          Got the reverb board back in. Once I saw the pilot light on I knew the reverb was also going to work. That added ground wire also fixed those original issues.
