  • Broken SF Vibrolux OT bracket

I've got an original OT here that's hanging off the chassis by one bracket, the other half-moon bit with the mounting hole is gone.
The only things I can think of is to get a small bracket and jb weld it, or get another OT. Any other ideas? What about a bunch of zip ties ? kidding

You can make a structure like this with 1mm thick aluminum. This type of aluminum is the extruded typically used in flight case construction, but a smooth finish gives it a better appearance.

That's a great solution, thank you for the idea.

As a side note, the amp came in as it was sounding distorted, etc. The rectifier and one of the power tubes was bad, which I found odd, until I checked the mains fuse. It was a 32V 25A !

I'm glad the broken OT tab is the only problem. Holy craptoaster...
