  • Line 6 exp pedal voltage range

Have a Line 6 FVB Express floor pedal controller in for rehab. The phototransistor on the exp pedal failed, closest thing I could dig up with what I have on hand was the detector half of a slot opto interruptor. Seems to work ok (haven't tested it on the amp...I don't know how to work the freakin' thing) but the voltage range I get on the output side of the photo x-istor is 1.3-2.55vdc sweeping the pedal to both extremes. Anyone fooled with these? Voltage close enough?

COrrection.....the low end of the range should be .3vdc. My worklamp was throwing it off. It seems to operate as it should....had to d/l the damn manual on the amp to figure out how to assign the pedal.
