Marshall AVT150H trouble

I am having problems with my AVT150. The power switch light and fans turn on, but the LEDs on the front do not and nothing else works. I have tried changing the tube, but that did not do anything (never hurts to have a spare i guess...) The other people that have posted have had working LEDs, so my problem must be different. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'd have to say you're missing power supply voltages. There are both +/-15VDC rails for the op amp ICs and there is +5vDC for the switching logic. Make sure they are present.
