  • I need help with an amp schematic please (fuses).

I have a 6100LM im in the process of of fixing up. I found some blown fuses and some of which weren't rated properly. I want to find the correct replacement fuses so I found the appropriate schematics but I have a few questions if anyone would mind helping me out.

    F408 of the PSU Circuit lists a T2A - 230V and a T4A - 115V, which do I need? I assume I should use the T4A - 115v being a U.S. resident and running 120v?

Some of these fuses are labeled 20mm and glass, but not all are specific, should all of these fuses be glass and 20mm?

Also, what about the capital letter "T" before the amp rating of some of these fuses, from what I've gathered the "T" means Slow-Blow?

    Thank You.

You are correct 4A 115v (halve the voltage double the current)
Yes T is slow-blow, time lag ,time delay ,tardy etc....

Check the bias before you close the standyby switch...

Most are glass except for ceramic either should be ok
and most of the fuse holders are 20mm if they are a dual type they will take 3AG type as well (1.25 ")

The size of the fuse - 20mm or 1.25" - doesn;t matter electrically. Just get the size that fits your fuse holders.
