Ampeg 7199 voltages?

happy new year everyone.
So, I have an Ampeg B18 portaflex with probably a bad 7199.
It's not amplifying, anyone know about what voltages should be on the pins before I try and find another 7199?

It's got 6v filament on 4&5, plate voltages, I'm just not sure what should be on the grids.

Son of a %$#@#....so that speaker plug ground has to be grounded for the phase inverter to work also.....good thing I always read the topics that come up under your post.
