I won't give you a specific number because different shops charge differently dependent on many variables (location, overhead, work load, etc.). I will say that, like others have mentioned here, I have repaired numerous amps with this problem and simply installing a slightly larger rectifier and leaving it stand off of the board a bit is all you need to do. I haven't found it necessary to install a heat sink and have never had one come back. I'd say an hour labor and the cost of a rectifier would do it.
