wierd intermittant pilot light in twin twelve

Sometimes the piolet light remains on but is more often off but will light if I apply pressure to either of the instrument input jacks on the same panel.
The jacks and lamp all seem secure. Perhaps things are just not bonding well givin the ancientness of this 1484 silvertone. The thing is all orig.

Is it the same ole lamp that Fenders use? If so take the bulb out and clean the contacts on the bulb and the socket.

I have a few old Fender amps do that occasionally.
