GT Studio Guitar Preamp Help

Hi,

this is a Groove Tubes "Studio Series Tube Preamp For Guitar" with a shorted PT.

Is there
- a source for a drop-in replacement or
- a schematic w/voltages or
- somebody who can measure the secondary PT voltages for me?

There are four secondary windings: HV (no CT) for a 2x6L6 output stage, separate bias winding, a center tapped low voltage winding and one for the heaters.
Of course I could make a rough guess at the voltages, but I'd rather get them as close as possible to the original.

Any help greatly appreciated.
