  • Amps with different input voltage rating questions

Okay I have access to a Fender Cyber Twin Head but its rated
    100V~ 50/60Hz, 360W
Question is, what would need to be done to use it here in North America?
I may also have access to some that are rated at 230V
Same question, what if anything can be done would need to be done and is it worth it?
    Thanks!

It would depend on the power transformer. Fender "export" models used to have power transformers with universal primary taps. So you could hook up the correct primary for whatever country the amp was going to. I don't know about the Cyber Twin though. If the power transformer doesn't have a 120V primary option then making the amp work here in North America would mean replacing the power transformer.
