Kustom pcb

Hi guys and gals im hoping somone can help me fiqure this problem out! I have a kustom quad100 dfx guitar combo, without depressing the digital effects button, it works fine, both channels etc. When depressed, sounds the same, with no effects, and a low hum is audable while playing. Replaced the digital effects pcb entire, turned on, and the effects were audible as well as the hum, then the effects dropped out again, and i was left with the same problem, can anyone give me a place to start,

IC 7 may be the problem. Also check the solder joints on the headers for the ribbon connectors. You might also check your 5 volt supply for the effects board.

thank you mate, i normally do check the basics first, including resoldering the ribbon headers along with the rest. turns out, after your wise advice, it was just that, touched it up, and all done, all the best mate, and thanks for all your help everyone !
