I have a mid 80's JC-120 That uses a MN3007 BBD (bucket brigade device) and a MN3101 clock generator .
The Trem effect works fine,but the chorus effect is completely inop.with the toggle switch in chorus mode.I have been searching for days on the internet for an explanation of how the JC-120 chorus circuit works and/or where the signal path begins and ends.I have the schematic for this amp But I'm having a hard time following the signal path.I have built Marshall 2204 clones and I understand tube circuitry well,but this solid state chorus effect has me somewhat stumped.Can someone discribe how the JC-120 chorus circuit functions?
