I have a 1967 blackface super reverb with a suspected bad reverb transfomer. Is there anyway to test this tranny? Tank and cables have already been tested in another amp and tubes tested and swapped also. Thanks!

Well there just aren't that many parts in that circuit. So I think you narrowed it down either the transformer or a short.
With the amp on and the reverb turned up, does the tank "crashing" make sound at the speaker? Did you check for shorts along the signal path? Did you test the hookup cable?
An easy but crude way to check (not test) the transformer would be to look for an open secondary winding with your DMM. If you have an open primary there will be no plate voltage on the reverb driver tube. If you find an open winding then you know the transformer is bad for sure. More detailed tests shouldn't be needed. If the transformer is at fault and you have a dead reverb then it's most likely open. Even shorted transformers will often pass some signal.
