Hello everybody! I am new to this forum. I have a Crate VC 5310. The thing just quit on me in the middle of practice. The swithes are getting power and the tubes are glowing. The guitar has output, but i am getting nothing out of the amp all of a sudden. I took the rear panel off thinking that i would be able to see a fuse. I did'nt see one at all. If someone could give me some direction it would be greatly appriciated! Thank you for your time.

Before you start poking around inside unplug from mains and leave unplugged!!! switch the amps power and standby switches to the on position (make sure its still unplugged) this will drain the caps hence making it safe to work on, check with a volt meter circuit is fully drained. Try finding the amp schematic on the net it will help.
you will need a multi meter as a minimum for fault finding. Let us know when you are ready and we will gladly guide you.
