          In the Supertwin Reverb Fender I have experimented with the 6AC10 compactron. Itīs pin compatible with the 6C10, with a lower internal resistance and a gain of approximately 70%. Similar to comparing 12AX7 and 12AT7 triodes. Depending on the function assigned in the amp it could serve, or perhaps slightly adapting the circuit ... In the US cost less than 10 dollars.
