36 watt (marshall 18 modified) neg. feedback

i recently built a modified marshall 18 watt, it has double the output tubes and is a "lite" build. when i switch the nfb switch, all i get is a really weak signal... so if anyone thinks they can help me figure out whats wrong, i would appreciate it. im almost positave that i soldered everything correcly (: ive checked several times and even redid that area. any recommendations on what i could try would be nice.

Double check the value of your feedback resistor. If you put in a 2.7K instead of 27K it would kill your volume. Without the feedback engaged it should be as loud as it can get.
