More sound advice - helping me keep my head straight here....

As above, I did assume they looked to be .25w due to being so small, obviously size isn't everything....! They do specify a minimum 10mm clearance from the PCB,which I have observed.

IF they were .25w, I'd thought replacing them with a larger .5w would be a safer idea.

Looks like you're both right, I should go withthe schematic value, and use 2.2ohm 1w....

Back to RS again tomorrow (as I'm in the UK).

I'll get there eventually....

Marshall AVT 275 Sounded very low...need help

I have AVT275 with very low output volumes, only sound from OD1/OD2 no sound from CLEAN or AC SIM. Master volume turned pass 12 O'clock or more and only get less than 10% plus noises. Need help to trace the root of problems. As I trying to duplicated of Creeper's experiences .... Thanks for your help.
