Anybody have a pic of a Fender Concert IIs input jack wiring?

Never messed with jacks like this and can't quite tell from the schematic how to hook up the 2nd (low) input jack. I have one that my buddy wants me to put one in for him and I FINALLY found a jack for it. haha
