Troubleshooting tremolo on a Twin Reverb

You are hearing it only when the vibrato is on! Maybe I confused you with the word flapping. I'm not sure how to describe it. It's not the common ticking that it doesn't get loud when you turn the volume up. And it's more audible at the low end.
