There is an amp for each speaker. Plobe a plug in and out of the slave in jack for that side a few tiomes. Does that wake the dead side up? Likewise, plobe a plug in and out of hte extension speaker jack for the dead side a few times. ANy help?

Plug your guitar into the slave in jack for each side and see if sound comes out each side.

My guess is most probably a bad solder joint?? Behringer uses crappy unleaded solder (because of Euro RoHS requirements) which is brittle and prone to other problems.
