Clean channel clipping low notes

I just bought a used bogner alchemist about a week ago. Let me just say she's badass
anyways a couple days ago the clean channel started clipping and not the good kind... But only low notes
while troubleshooting I discovered my v1 tube to be very microphonic. I replaced it thinking it was the problem. No go. I'm thinkin it's the power tubes but I've been mistaken before.
