Marshall AVT150 Blown Fuses

Hey, i had blow the fuse on my friends marshall avt 150 head so i replaced it and it blew the new fuse again as soon as i switch it on. Any ideas as to what the problem is??

Marshall fuse
It most likely is the output IC, TDA7293 that is shorted.
It sits on a little board at the fan.
Disconnect the 3 pin connector & try another fuse.
