Hiwatt Classic 100 power section

I have a Hiwatt Classic 100 I'm working on, it's working OK but I noticed a lot of AC ripple on the HT1 and HT2 lines, less on the HT3 line. I'm just wondering how much should I expect, I'm not getting any hum but I know the screens and OT center tap are getting that A/C and if I should be concerned about it. I had replaced the four diodes right off the PT.

All the filter caps look like they've been replaced not too long ago, they are LCR brand.

numbers. what are the numbers? Some ripple is normal but what is a lot?

Ok here's what I got:

HT1 - 2.0 VAC
HT2 - 0.54 VAC
HT3 - 0.11 VAC
