I have a Reverbojet amplifier with two shorted diodes in the rectifier circuit. The schematics I have access to are a little fuzzy from age, but one appears to list the diodes as "C-931" which turns up nothing that seems pertinent in a google search. The other one gives the specs of 6A with a peak inverse of 800V. Does anyone have recommendations for replacement diodes to use? Thanks in advance.

Replacement diodes for Reverbojet rectifier

Thanks for the help. At this point I figure that they just failed due to thermal breakdown from age. The only other vague detail I have from the previous owner is that they were somehow trying to bridge this thing to drive one or two more loads simultaneously. This person claimed that it had just quit working, and I found a blown fuse after opening it up. Appearance wise everying inside looked rather immaculate (though appearances can be deceiving). I measured the resistances on the power transformer (I don't know what the actual specs should be) and found no dead shorts, opens, or signs/odors of overheating. Using a diode checker I found two of the rectifier diodes shorted, so I've stopped here until I can replace them.
