Crate Vintage Club 50 causing fits

What's happening fellas? Well I have a Vintage Club 50 here, brought to me with the clean channel not working and a VERY WEAk OD channel. I fixed the clean channel no problem- the footswitch jack just needed to be cleaned.

All the tubes are fine, I've been reflowing a lot of the solder joints. I tried putting an insert cable w/patch cord into the effects loop jack with no luck there. That actually brought down the signal on both channels.

I got some interesting results at a few of the test points in the pre-amp section. At T.P. 1 I got 180.3VDC(clean) and 184.4VDC(OD). Seems ok. But at T.P. 2 on the clean channel I get 235VDC and 180.7VDC(ODchannel). I'll post some more of the findings in a bit as I have to run but if anyone could shed some light here I would greatly appreciate it.

Well the biggest discrepencies are at TP2 like I said, and also at TP13 and TP18.
TP13: 179.9VDC(clean), 202VDC(od)
TP18: 342VDC(clean), 362VDC(od)

TP13 calls for 215V on both channels as per the schematic and TP18 calls for 391VDC.

The clean channel sounds fine I'm just kinda at a loss here on why the od channel is so weak. If anyone could shed some light on this I'd appreciate it.

Does T.P. 9 have 1.6v pp when in OD mode with all controls max'd (except ch. B level at 5)?

All of my readings were taken with all controls at max except for channel 2 level at 5. I'll have to take that reading at TP9- I haven't checked AC voltages yet. Do I need to put signal into it to check that? And do I measure it with one end clipped to the standby switch?

Yeah, as per the schematic, 10mv/1khz. Clipped to the standby switch? Are V2/V3 known good tubes?

When you take those DC readings, do you just switch the channels and the reading changes? I'm curious because there's no TP2 for the dirty channel, or did you mean TP4?

The tubes are fine- I've tried a new set and different combinations. Yeah I got the reading by switching channels- there's no AC reading for TP2 but there is a DC reading that's supposed to match the channel 1 reading.

Also I don't have a signal generator at the time being, what can I do to test the AC voltages? And what exactly does p-p mean?

p-p would be peak to peak for setting the sine wave test signal level. Do those amps have DC filaments and do all the preamp tubes have voltage on their filaments?

All of the filaments are lit. Not sure if they are DC or not.

I would check the bypass cap C51. I'm not sure what could be changing those DC voltages, TP2 may be oscillating when the OD channel is on.
