Need help yesterday

Sorry guys my first post but I didn't know where else to go.

I need to know specifically what the pins on the tsl 122 footsitwch go to.

You know they look like blue ,red,green,etc on the footswitch main board and I need to know whether 1 is green 2 is red and so on and so forth.

I order a brand new cable and adapter and I'm going to try to mod that footswitch once and for all.

Have a gig on Sat afternoon and can't use the amp like that...the footswitch is dead.

Start by posting the schematic and a picture or diagram of the footswitch pedal itself.
How does it get to the amp?
Stereo jack(s), DIN connector, DB9, hardwired?
You have already lost one day.
