Crate PX-600 Whistles when turned off

I just replaced the 4 transistors in this PA mixer and it seems to be working so far, but each time I turn it off, it makes a machine gun sort of a noise followed by a whistle. It probably lasts 5 or 10 seconds. All the volumes are at zero before turning it off. Any ideas?
