Deluxe Reverb Reissue Hum Issue

I have been trying to fix an issue with my Deluxe Reissue. It has an intermittent hum that comes and goes. When I jostle th amp it will start or stop. Toggling the Rev and Trem footswitch does not change the sound. Rolling the knobs up or down does not have affect it. I have replaced all but the Power tubes. And the noise still persists. I will try to attach a video of the noise so you can hear the issue first hand. I just have to figure out how to do that.

could be a loose solder joint somehwere... thats usually the issue whn i have a problem that starts or stops with the "fonzie test"
