How to wire this Hiwatt Custom 20 fix?

Okay, this amp has been around the block and you can see the schematic and read about it here:
Hiwatt problems
Paul Ruby of Paul Ruby amps came up with I think the best hope for the amp.
My question is:
How exactly do I do it?
I'm a little unsure how to get back to the pcb board.
