Replaced Power Caps but Now No Clean Channel

I just replaced my power caps with JJS. Both tubes light up and the gain channel(B) works great but the clean is dead. As soon as I move the gain(pre amp) pot on channel A the two clip leds on the pcb light up and there is a shot noise but no sound from the guitar at all. Any ideas? There is no sound from the effects loop so it must be before the pre-amp.

Check your work. You may find the problem. Check solder joints. Make sure all caps are in correctly. Make sure your tubes are all seated properly. All connects plugged. Etc..
