Peavey Bandit 112 powers up no sound

HI;
Newbie here. May be some one is familiar with this symptom and maybe an easy fix.
It powers up, but nothing no sound, hum.

Where would an experienced tech look for first.
The power fuse and other 2 fuses look fine, but plan to replace them.

Are the wires still on the speaker? Pull one wire off the speaker, and touch the terminals of a 9v battery to the speaker terminals briefly. The speaker should pop or thump with each touch. if not, then the speaker is probably dead. That is what I'd look at first.

After I know I have a working speaker, I start verifying power supply voltages.
