reverb transformer

Hello does anyone know if I can use a fender reverb transformer to replace a gibson E 6400 transformer.Thanks

Short version, No.

The pan is higher impedance in and the Fender-ish pan that goes with it, won't drive the recovery circuit well. So you've got a lot of changes to use it.
