Yamaha P7000S

Q406 Q407 in the power supply completely fried. I replaced them, amp power light still doesnt come on and amp draws very little current. Outputs show no signs of shorts. Any ideas of what to do next?

maybe this is why I have seen a P7000s recently as "remanufactured"

damn good price though with full warranty ($569 incl. ship)
