crate td50c lowers volume while playing guitar

I could be any number of things.

Try plugging in a spare cord from the FX send to the FX return jack (or preamp out to power amp in).

Try to check out the volumes very while while playing guitar. In that way, you would be able to check what's wrong with it. If possible, you would be able to really get things straight and make it done in a good way.

To add up on that one, why won't you try to give some things a good tune and check all the technicalities that can occure while playing it. Not only on the volume side, but also the different factors can affect that one.
