Thanks Charlie, but I believe that my OT does not have a center tap... See attached. So I would be just reversing the blue and red wires.. Yellow is the secondary output(positive?) and the frame is the ground.

Thanks All. I swapped the 2 OT primarys today and the amp went absolutely quiet! The student was completely amazed. Now he just needs to finish the cabinet.
