FR means fusible resistor.
If R79 burnt, then make sure to check the two 470 ohm power tube screen resistors.

Just wanted to report back and say THANKS. Screen resistors were OK. Replaced R79 and put in a new matched set of tubes. The Champ is running like a champ again. Really appreciate the help with the schematic and the advice. --CaptainComment
