Blueline svt ext. Speaker jack

Trying to find a replacement for this. It looks suspiciously like a Fender ext. speaker jack.
It still works, but it doesn't work dependably.
Looking for a source for a new one, since the cust. wants to fix the amp up to original specs to possibly sell later.

Here are the parts, find a Switchcraft dealer to order from.

If Fender used it, then the "Fender" part should work. Fender used Switchcraft connnectors.

Thnks Enzo. I started by figuring it was a Style 50, p/n 25 jack. Went online to find Switchcraft distributers/vendors, then got in their catalogs. 3 or 4 vendors had that in their catalog but did not stock. One I had to email and did not get a response.
Question remains, does anybody know where I can just get one?
Another question... Anybody got any experience with special ordering from one of the big vendors?
