Bogen CHB20A project to much bass

I have a converted this amp to a guitar amp. Sounding pretty descent except really to much bass. Almost buzzy or farty sounding on low strings. Would appreciate any ideas on changes to make to correct this. Thanks

You get rid of the grid leak bias on the first stage? That certainly sounds pretty bad for guitar IMO....
