what can be?

is under warranty but i think shipping is more expensive a local store repair?

If it is under warranty, that is a good way to handle it. I don't know who services in Puerto Rico. My suggestion is to contact customer service at Peavey factory and ask them how warranty work can be done in your area.

Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
